   one of my Rummy Nose Tetra has developed white marks, around the eyes, what is this?

   The marks are crescent shaped and around both eyes, there also appears to be a small patch on top of the head The other tetras and fish do not appear to be affected. The tank is regularly cleaned....

   Look very cloely to see if the eye itself is also affected in any way, if so it sounds like a bacterial infection and you should move the affected fish to a treatment tank and treat with maracyn or Maracyn 2. If not...
